What is your favorite genre? I like non-fiction books about athletes of all kinds. In fiction it has to be clever paranormal and romance. The more wit, the better!


What are you reading now? Purely Positive Training Companion to Competition by Sheila Booth, Ranger’s Apprentice: Erak’s Ransom by John Flanagan, That Winning Feeling by Jane Savoie, and Hunting Ground by Patricia Briggs.

What have you read recently? Ranger’s Apprentice: The Siege of Macindaw by John Flanagan, Age is Just a Number: Achieve Your Dreams at Any Stage in Your Life by Dara Torres.

What is your favorite classic? Black Beauty by Anna Sewell. I also like all the Billy Blaze books by C.W. Anderson.

What is your all time favorite book/series? I really like to read series. My favorites are:  The Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon, The Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs, The Werecat series by Rachel Vincent, and Susan Elizabeth Phillips’ The Chicago Stars series about a football team and much more!

What are your favorite recommendations? Hard to choose, but here goes: Once a Runner by John Parker, Swimming to Antarctica by Lynne Cox, Fried Twinkies, Buckle Bunnies, and Bull Riders: A Year Inside the Professional Bull Riders Tour by Josh Peter. Hey, everyone should try stepping out of their reading comfort zone! Gold in the Water: The True Story of Ordinary Men and their Extraordinary Dream of Olympic Glory by P.H. Mullen, That Others May Live: The True Story of a P.J., a Member of America’s Most Daring Rescue Force by Jack Brehm and Pete Nelson, This Heart of Mine by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, and anything else she writes!
