Romantic suspense lovers may also enjoy Chill Factor, a gripping thriller about Lilly Martin, a woman trapped in a cabin during a blizzard with a man who is possibly a wanted serial killer.  Romance heats up as the storm rages, while Lilly’s ex-husband, the town’s police chief, desperately pursues the man he unquestionably believes to be the culprit.

Gone Too Far by Suzanne Brockmann
Followers of Roberts’s output under the J.D. Robb pen name might want to try reading Suzanne Brockmann.  Gone Too Far is from the author’s Troubleshooter series, which mixes military expertise, nail-biting suspense, and steamy sexual tension. This entry focuses mainly on the relationship between Navy SEAL Sam Starrett and FBI agent Alyssa Locke.

Virgin River by Robyn Carr

Night Pleasures by Sherrilyn Kenyon

Amber Beach by Elizabeth Lowell
